RULES AND REGULATIONS

School Working Hours

L.K.G & U.K.G  - 8:50 am to 3:20 pm

Classes I to X      - 8:50 am to 3:30 pm

Short break for 15 minutes in morning session and Lunch break for 30 minutes in afernoon session.

Visiting Hours

The Principal can be met between 9:00am to 9:30am and 3:00pm to 4:00pm on all working days. Parents can meet the class teachers on all Wednesdays from 3:30 to 4:00pm.

Admissions

Admissions are open for Nursery to Class â…© subject to the availability of seats. Generally, New Admissions are taken in the month of March for Nursery and K.G Classes and for classes â… -â…© in April. For admissions in to Class â…  the student must have completed 5 years of age by 31st August of that year.Birth certificate/R.S./T.C. to be submitted during admission. Fees once paid will not be refunded. Date of Birth once entered will not be altered at any cost.

Tuition Fee

The prescribed tuition fees should be remitted in the office on or before 10th of every month. After that Rs.5 will be imposed as fine. If the fees is not paid by the end of that month the student is liable to be sent home. If the period exceeds more than one month, the name of the student will be struck off from the rolls. February and March months fees should be remitted in February and fees for April and May months should be remitted in March. In April there will not be any fees collection. The school collects 12 months fee i.e., June to May of every academic year. The fee collection timing is from 8.30 am to 3.00 pm on all working days.

Curriculum

T.S. Sate syllabus is being followed from Class â… -â…©. Telugu is First language, Hindi is Second Language. Medium of instruction is English. Regular moral instructions are also included in the syllabus.

Co-Curricular Activities

Students are encouraged to take active part in co-curricular activities. Competitions like Quiz,Essay Writing, Debate, Elocution, Drawing, Painting, Flower arrangement are conducted. Picnics are organized.

Discipline

Punctuality, good manners,cleanliness of dress is expected from each student.The parents are requested not to give money to their children and valuable ornaments to wear. The school is not responsible if anything is lost. If any damages are caused to the school furniture/property by any student, the loss will be recovered from the student. Matters dealing with discipline, the principal’s action will be final.

Leave & permission

No leave is granted without applying for it and getting it sanctioned by the Principal. In case of illness, a leave application with medical certificate should be sent on the first day of attendance. Absence without leave for one continuous month will lead to the removal of the student from the school. No permission will be granted to go home during school hours. in case of emergency students will be sent home only with the parents.

    White canvas shoes and White socks are common for both boys and girls.

Every student must purchase new uniform,shoes,socks,tie,belt etc. in the beginning of the year.
Uniform materials should be purchased from the school store only in order to maintain uniform texture and shade.
